Medical Life Club Shipping Policy
Your equipment is important to us. We make sure it gets to you quickly, safely, and at a fair cost. Here’s how our shipping works:
What Do We Ship?
- The main equipment you need for our monitoring service is free of charge.
- Some extra accessories may come with your plan, or you can add them for free as well.
- All shipments are sent through the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail.
Order Fulfillment
- Orders are packed and shipped within 1 business day after we receive them.
- We ship complete orders (everything together).
- A tracking number is provided, and a signature is required when your package is delivered.
- Most orders arrive in 2–3 business days, including Saturdays.
- If there is ever a delay, we’ll let you know by email. If we can’t reach you by email, we’ll call you using the phone number on your account.
Shipping Costs
- Annual and Quarterly Plans: Free USPS Priority shipping.
- Accessories ordered with your first purchase ship for free.

- Delivery times are based on USPS and may sometimes be delayed due to reasons beyond our control.
- We pack all equipment in strong, protective boxes to keep it safe during shipping.
