Your Device, Protected
The Medical Life Club Device Warranty Program helps protect your medical alert device against unexpected damage or malfunction, giving you added confidence throughout your service.
This optional warranty is available for $4.95 per month and can be added to your active monitoring plan.
What's Included
Your Device Warranty includes valuable protection and additional benefits.
Device Replacement
If your device experiences a covered malfunction or accidental damage, we'll replace it at no additional device cost.*
No Replacement Fees
Covered warranty replacements include the device and standard replacement processing with no additional replacement fee.
Annual Device Swap
Eligible members may request one device swap per calendar year, allowing them to switch between a pendant and wristband based on their preferences.
Upgrade Eligibility
After 24 months of continuous warranty coverage, eligible members may request an upgraded device when available.
Lost or Stolen Device Coverage
Lost or stolen devices are covered under the warranty with a $99 deductible per replacement.

What's Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Intentional damage or misuse
- Fraudulent claims
- Devices that are not returned when required
- Situations outside the warranty terms
Managing Your Warranty
You may add or remove the Device Warranty at any time while your monitoring service remains active.
If your monitoring service ends, your warranty coverage will also end.
Important Information
- Warranty coverage is optional.
- No partial monthly refunds are provided after cancellation.
- Device upgrades are subject to product availability.
- One complimentary device swap is available each calendar year.
- Additional swaps may require an additional fee.
