  • DDD (Don't Die Device) – mobile device with fall detection
  • Time (This is my Emergency) – mobile device with fall detection

We are a U.S.-based company and we are here to provide you medical alert devices and 24/7 monitoring to keep you safe at home or on the go.

Our trained U.S.-based operators answer your call within seconds. They talk with you, find out what’s wrong, and send the help you need.

Most Medicare plans do not cover medical alert devices, but some Medicare Advantage or private insurance plans may. Check with your provider.

Our Equipment

No. Time ( This is my Emergency) and DDD dont die device work on their own. They don’t need your cell phone, Wi-Fi, or a landline. They use 4G LTE (Verizon or AT&T) for coverage anywhere in the U.S.

If Verizon coverage isn’t strong in your area, we can switch your device to AT&T. And if cell service is poor altogether, our In The Home system that works with a landline is the best option.

Yes, all devices are water-resistant and safe to wear in the shower. Just don’t fully submerge them in water.

Yes, the Time ( This is my Emergency)  is a wristband device with optional fall detection.

  • DDD (don’t die device ): 1–2 weeks
  • Time ( This is my Emergency) : about 5–6 days

Yes, our devices are safe to use with pacemakers.

Don’t worry. Just tell the operator it was a mistake, and no help will be sent.

Starting Service, Shipping & Payment

Plans start at $50/month. There are no extra fees for equipment, activation, or shipping. Prices depend on the device you choose Time ( This is my Emergency), DDD (don’t die device ).

Yes, you can switch plans anytime, you can pay monthly, quarterly, or annual.

Standard shipping is free.

Your orders usually arrive in 2–3 business days with USPS Priority Mail.

Yes, expedited shipping is available. Just call us to arrange it.

It’s very simple! Just plug in (for home systems) or charge the device (for mobile systems). Most customers can set it up in minutes without help.

Replacement Devices & Canceling Services

 You have two options:

  1. Pay a one-time replacement fee (depends on the device).

 If your device is faulty, we’ll replace it at no cost.

Just call us and send the equipment back. We offer you a 30-day money-back guarantee for new customers. If you are on a quarterly or annual plan, we’ll refund any unused months.
