Getting Help Is as Easy as 1-2-3

1# Press the Button

If you need help, just press your button.

  • Medical Club Users, Press the button in the middle of the device to connect with help.
  • DDD Users, Press and hold the big help button on your pendant until you hear it activate.
  • Time Users, The wrist band has one main button for emergencies. Press (and sometimes hold, depending on model) that button when you need help.

Once pressed, your call goes straight to our 24/7 Response Center.

2# Talk to a Specialist

Within about 30–60 seconds, you’ll hear a trained operator through the speaker. They’ll greet you by name and ask what kind of help you need—whether it’s calling a family member, friend, or emergency services (ambulance, police, or fire).

If the device can’t connect by voice, we’ll call your phone numbers on file. If no one answers, we’ll send emergency services for a wellness check and alert your contacts.
